Colonial Terminals – Weather Advisory

Wilmington, NC

Colonial Terminals is closely monitoring the forecast for our terminals in Wilmington, North Carolina as the area remains under a Winter Storm Warning.  While there are currently no impacts to vessel, rail, or truck operations, Terminal operations will be suspended on Saturday, January 30th at 6 p.m. Operations are scheduled to resume on Sunday, February 1st at 7 a.m., provided conditions are safe to do so.  Customers are encouraged to continue preloading trucks throughout Friday when feasible.

We deeply value our customers and take great pride in maintaining continuity of service. Colonial Terminals will make every reasonable effort to mitigate operational impacts, provided it can be done safely.

Colonial Terminals is closely monitoring the upcoming winter weather expected for our Savannah terminals. It is important to note that we are not experiencing impacts to vessel, rail, or truck operations at this time. While we do not anticipate terminal closures, pilot services may be suspended, and roadway conditions could become unsafe.
