Hurricane Humberto and Tropical Depression Nine – Advisory #2

With this notification, Colonial Terminals is advising that we are continuing to monitor conditions due to Tropical Depression Nine and Hurricane Humberto. The current forecast for each storm from the National Hurricane Center can be seen below. We are closely monitoring conditions but do not anticipate modifying our operations at this time. If this status changes,
you will be notified promptly under this same format.

Colonial Terminals has begun storm preparations in both our Savannah and Wilmington terminals which will ensure we are ready should conditions change. It is important to note that we are not experiencing any impacts to vessel, rail, or truck operations at this time. Be advised, even if port conditions remain unchanged, pilots may suspend service if hazardous conditions are present. Should any changes occur, you will be informed through these advisories.

We deeply value our customers and take great pride in the continuity of our service. Colonial Terminals will make every effort to avoid or mitigate any impacts to your operations as long as we can safely do so.

No current impact, however, the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) set Port Condition X-Ray for the Port of Savannah this afternoon at 16:00PM ET. The port remains open to all commercial traffic, but oceangoing ships and barges must report their intention to USCG.
