The current forecast for potential Tropical Cyclone Sixteen projects the storm passing just offshore of Wilmington Friday evening 9/22/23 into Saturday morning 9/23/23.
Colonial Terminals continues to make Tropical Storm preparations. We are currently experiencing impacts to vessel arrivals in Wilmington. US Coast Guard has issued Condition Zulu at 0100 on 9/22/23, due to this fact the port will be closed at that time. No impacts to rail and truck operations at this time.
