With this notification, Colonial Terminals will cease advisories due to Tropical Storm Alberto and the two other disturbances in the Atlantic. The current forecast from the National Hurricane Center is below. If this status changes, you will be notified under this same format. Otherwise, this is the last notification for this weather event.
As part of our normal seasonal precautions, Colonial Terminals has begun hurricane preparations in both our Savannah and Wilmington terminals which will ensure we are ready in the event conditions change. It is important to note that we are not experiencing any impacts to vessel, rail, or truck operations at this time. Should this change, you will be informed through these advisories that will be issued daily until the threat passes.
We deeply value our customers and take great pride in the continuity of our service. Colonial Terminals will make every effort to avoid or mitigate any impacts to your operations as long as we can safely do so.
