We are continuing to work through the challenges created by Tropical Storm Helene. Our team is working with Georgia Power representatives to prioritize Colonial and other industry operations now that life safety systems are sustained.
Please see below for current impacts to vessel, rail, and truck operations. You will continue to be informed of any changes to operations through these advisories issued daily until the remaining impacts of Tropical Storm Helene are remediated.

Savannah Terminal Operations
Terminal Operations
Power outages are contributing to operations being down at our Foundation Drive Savannah terminals.
Vessel Operations
The Port of Savannah remains at Port Readiness Condition IV as defined by the USCG although power is still impacting product receipt capabilities at Foundation 1 and Foundation 2 (GKT).
Rail Operations
Lathrop 1 (101 N. Lathrop Ave) – No current impact. Lathrop 2 (373 N. Lathrop Ave) – No current impact.
Foundation 1 (7 Foundation Drive) – All operations are down due to power outage.
Foundation 2 (509 Foundation Drive - GKT) – All operations are down due to power outage.
Wahlstrom West (2 Wahlstrom Road) – No current impact.
Bottom-Loading Fuel Shipments
Lathrop 1 (Lathrop Ave) – No current impact.
Wahlstrom East (Woodcock Road) – Bottom-loading fuel operations remain functional on generator power.
Truck Operations
Lathrop 1 (101 N. Lathrop Ave) – No current impact. Lathrop 2 (373 N. Lathrop Ave) – No current impact.
Foundation 1 (7 Foundation Drive) – All operations are down due to power outage.
Foundation 2 (509 Foundation Drive - GKT) – All operations are down due to power outage.
